POSITION PURPOSE:
Responsible for safely and efficiently loading co-products (Dry Distiller’s Grains (DDG) and Wet Distiller’s Grains (WDG)). Responsible for grain bin cleaning, inventory management, wheel loader operation, wet pad management and general grounds upkeep.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:

<ul>
<li>Learn and operate the computer Distributed Control System (DCS) for co-product loading. Operate the conveyors and equipment associated with loading DDG. (DDG LOADOUT)</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Maintain accurate records of loading times, load numbers and inventory. (DDG LOADOUT)</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the DDG load-out area and DDG bin bottoms in the elevator basement. (DDG LOADOUT)</li>

<li>Responsible for checking and cleaning 11th Street secondary containment and running street sweeper on haul roads. (DDG LOADOUT)</li>

Significant time will be spent in the plant. All types of chemical industry equipment are used in the plant including, but not limited to fermentation vessels, jet cookers, agitators, mixing / milling equipment, distillation columns, centrifuges and distributive control systems. May be exposed to loud noises, wet and humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic chemicals and extreme hot or cold depending on weather conditions. Must be able to climb ladders and work at elevations up to 175 feet. Must be able to speak and listen clearly. Fine visual acuity required to read for accuracy. 

PHYSICAL STRENGTH:

As a Tree Climber, you would be responsible for: 
<ul>
<li>Operating heavy equipment, hand, and power equipment, such as bucket trucks, brush trucks, claw trucks, chippers, pole saws, pruning saws, pole pruners, power pole saws, and chainsaws.</li>
<li>Repairing, sharpening, and maintaining equipment and tools</li>
<li>Performing basic felling and rigging, along with aerial rigging over obstacles</li>
<li>Ensuring all appropriate tools, supplies, and materials are loaded on truck, well maintained and accounted for, along with ensuring equipment is inspected and prepared with fuel and fluids</li>
<li>Performing job briefing and assisting Crew Leader in work zone set-up and utilizing safety PPE</li>
<li>Completing tree risk assessment and job site assessment, along with communicating with homeowners about services Arbor Masters offers, and performing pre- and post-job walk-throughs</li>
<li>Communicating verbally and visually with all members of the crew</li>
<li>Assisting in debris cleanup at job completion</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Must be a team player with a positive attitude!</li>
<li>Must have a valid driver’s license and possess a class C driver’s license</li>
<li>CDL class A or class B License with airbrake endorsement is preferred, but not required</li>
<li>Must be at least 18 years old</li>
<li>Minimum of 2-3 year rope and saddle climbing experience including knowledge of various knots used in roping and technical rigging</li>
<li>Must have basic knowledge of proper tree pruning and removal techniques</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively at heights above 10 feet</li>
<li>Ability to complete labor-intensive outdoor work with exposure to a variety of weather conditions</li>
<li>Ability to navigate uneven terrain, stand, walk, bend, crouch, reach, and lift in excess of 50lbs on a regular basis</li>
<li>Experience operating bucket or claw trucks preferred</li>
<li>Cabling and bracing skills preferred</li>

Country Partners Cooperative is a full-service diversified agricultural cooperative in central Nebraska located in 20 communities, partnering with farmers and ranchers to accomplish more together.
Custom Applicator
This person will be responsible for the accurate, safe, efficient, and timely application and placement of chemicals, fertilizer, etc. to customer’s fields, proper use of crop protection products, general vehicle and equipment maintenance, and administrative duties associated with the position. Other duties will include plant maintenance and other outside operations as needed. Must abide by company, state, and federal regulations.
Requirements/Certifications:
Valid class B Commercial Driver’s License with tanker endorsement and company approved driving record; ability to obtain CDL Class A within 90 days; pesticide applicator certificate category 01 and must have good customer service skills.
