The Tepa Companies are seeking a Quality Control Manager with a strong background in heavy civil construction on dams to be responsible for overseeing and enforcing project site quality control, including using discretion to assess and control risk; performing tests and analyzing results; planning, developing, and directing the application of processes to maintain quality standards; and initiating and enforcing improvement measures related to quality control findings.
Job Functions:
<ul>
<li>Oversees construction projects from start to finish, with a focus on quality control.</li>
<li>Conducts preparatory, initial, and follow-up meetings to establish an understanding of the standards of care desired for each definable feature of work. Verify that plans, procedures, and the proper document checklists are being used and signed off before the definable features of work as described in the submittal register.</li>
<li>Verifies and documents that all materials received for the project are in conformance with the approved submittal, are handled and stored appropriately, and are acceptable for use in the project.</li>
<li>Conducts the required meetings with the superintendent, foreman, and subcontractor responsible for the definable feature of work before the start of each new phase of the work. </li>
<li>Independently reviews plans, specifications, construction cost data, and other contract documents to identify potential quality risk factors.</li>
<li>Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with project specifications by direct review and by leveraging the knowledge and experience of others in the project team when necessary.</li>
<li>Independently performs specified or required tests to verify that control measures are adequate to provide a product that conforms to contract requirements.</li>

Quality Control Manager (QCM) – USACE and/or NAVFAC Federal Projects Estimated salary range: $100,000 to $145,000 per year, depending on experience, certifications, project requirements, location, and internal alignment/level

DGG is seeking an experienced Construction Quality Control Manager (QCM) to oversee quality programs on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) or Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) federal projects.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Develop and manage the project Quality Control (QC) Plan per contract requirements</li>
<li>Perform daily quality inspections and coordinate required testing</li>
<li>Coordinate with Superintendents, SSHOs, and subcontractors on new Definable Features of Work (DFOW)</li>
<li>Review and manage submittals, RFIs, and quality documentation</li>
<li>Track and resolve deficiencies through corrective actions and follow-up inspections</li>
<li>Maintain daily reports, inspection logs, and quality records</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>7+ years of professional construction experience</li>
<li>Requires 3+ years serving as a QCM on USACE or NAVFAC construction projects</li>
<li>Experience implementing a three-phase Quality Control (QC) plan</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of contract specifications, quality control plans, and federal construction requirements</li>
<li>Must be proficient with USACE RMS, NAVFAC QCS, or similar reporting software</li>
<li>Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and able to use independently</li>
<li>Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills</li>
