What You’ll Do

<li>Lead and mentor a team of electricians and apprentices on active job sites </li>
<li>Coordinate daily field operations across commercial projects, big and small </li>
<li>Read and interpret blueprints and wiring schematics like a pro </li>
<li>Manage all things electrical—conduit bending, panel installs, switchgear, transformers, lighting systems, and more </li>
<li>Keep safety first with strict adherence to OSHA standards and company protocols </li>
<li>Collaborate with general contractors, project managers, and inspectors to keep projects on track </li>
<li>Troubleshoot issues on the fly and ensure everything runs like a well-grounded system </li>
</ul>
What You Bring
<ul>
<li>5+ years of commercial electrical construction experience </li>
<li>2+ years in a foreman, lead, or supervisory role </li>
<li>Strong command of the National Electrical Code (NEC) </li>
<li>Deep experience with wiring, lighting systems, panels, and distribution gear </li>
<li>Leadership skills—you know how to guide teams and meet deadlines </li>
<li>Excellent communication and organizational abilities </li>
<li>A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation </li>
<li>South Carolina Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred </li>
