What You’ll Do
- Lead installation of plumbing, water softeners, filtration systems, and reverse osmosis units
- Handle smart, clean plumbing tie-ins—not dirty construction-site chaos
- Troubleshoot water pressure issues, leaks, and system performance
- Test water quality and help customers understand solutions
- Deliver top-tier customer service powered by your expertise
- Ensure all installations meet plumbing codes and manufacturer specs
- Share your knowledge and experience to train and mentor junior techs (Master level)
⭐ What You Bring
- Valid Master Plumber or Journeyman Plumber License in the state of Michigan
- Solid plumbing experience in both residential and/or commercial —water treatment experience is a huge plus
- A problem-solving mindset and pride in quality workmanship
- Strong communication skills and a service-first attitude
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
