Job Description

Epic Personnel Partners is hiring a Systems Support Technician in Franklin, KY!

Systems Support Technician: Ensures the smooth operation and maintenance of IT systems in a multi-temperature environment. They resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure, providing timely support to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations. Additionally, they manage and update equipment, ensuring it functions effectively in varying temperature conditions

Salary: $20/Hr.

Schedule: Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

· Resolve and log IT support emails and phone issues.

· Setup, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, mobile phones, and printers.

· Configure and troubleshoot network devices and infrastructure.

· Provide support for Autonomous Guided Vehicles (AGV) and resolve OS/device issues.

· Perform routine maintenance, data recovery, and manage equipment inventory.

Qualifications:

· 4+ years of professional IT experience with expertise in Windows OS, Office applications, and network technologies (switches, routers, access points).

· Proficiency in Windows server, Active Directory, and Exchange.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts.

· Excellent analytical, organizational, and customer service skills.

· Knowledge of Linux, warehouse operations, logistics technology, and experience with Autonomous Guided Vehicles (AGVs) are a plus.
