What You’ll Be Doing
- Framing, floor decking, back paneling, and door installation
- Using drills, nail guns, air tools, and other construction equipment
- Reading blueprints and following build plans
- Working safely in a clean, organized production environment
- Supporting all phases of modular building from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
- Construction or commercial manufacturing experience
- Comfortable using power tools and hand tools
- Ability to read blueprints or production plans
- Strong work ethic and safety-first mindset
- Willingness to learn and work in different departments
Physical Requirements
• Lift up to 25 lbs regularly, 50 lbs occasionally
• Stand and work on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working hands-on
