Are you passionate about helping young children grow, explore, and discover their world? Kinder Prep Learning Academy — a licensed, award-winning, full-day preschool near Virginia Center Commons — is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to join our nurturing and creative team.

✨ What You’ll Do:

Support the Lead Teacher in creating engaging, hands-on learning experiences.
Foster a positive, caring classroom environment built on respect, patience, and fun.
Assist with daily routines including meals, transitions, and outdoor play.
Help prepare materials and maintain an inviting, organized classroom.
Communicate kindly and professionally with children, families, and colleagues.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with preschoolers (ages 2–5) in a licensed childcare or early learning setting.
A genuine love for young children and a team-oriented spirit.
Dependability, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
CDA, Early Childhood coursework, or comparable experience preferred.
Must meet state background check and health requirements.
