The IT System Administrator reports to the IT Systems Manager and supports the company’s IT infrastructure, with a focus on cloud infrastructure management, Microsoft O365 administration, and security protocol implementation. The IT System Administrator will assist in ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable IT operations while collaborating with internal teams to enhance our cloud-based environment.
Essential Functions
- Support the management and optimization of AWS cloud infrastructure
- Administer, troubleshoot, and enhance the Microsoft O365 environment
- Assist in identity and access management, including SAML/SSO configurations
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of security protocols across IT systems
- Monitor and respond to IT security alerts, ensuring compliance with security best practices
- Assist in IT system upgrades, patching, and automation tasks
- Duties may evolve based on business needs, and additional tasks may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in cloud services, cybersecurity, or system administration
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, IAM)
- Experience with Microsoft O365 administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
- Experience with IT security practices and identity management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, and other security tools
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
- Understanding of DevOps principles and best practices
- Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)

- Torrance, CA - Hybrid (Tuesday and Thursday in office)
Degree of Travel:
- 5%
Compensation:
- For California-based hires, the annual salary range is $85,000 - $105,000, depending on experience.
- FLSA Job Status is Non-Exempt
