At The Remington we wear many hats — and sometimes a cape. We’re a team of go-getters who believe in jumping in wherever needed to make sure our guests have an unforgettable stay. If you can juggle check-ins, fix a printer jam, recommend the best taco spot, and still smile through it all, a Front Desk Superstar!

Greet guests like they’re family — warm welcomes, genuine smiles, and maybe a high-five or two.
Handle check-ins, check-outs, and everything in between (sometimes all at once).
Be the human version of Google — answering questions, solving problems, and knowing all the best local spots.
Take reservations, process payments, and keep the front desk running smoother than a freshly pressed bedsheet.
Jump in to help housekeeping, maintenance, or bell services when the team needs an extra hand.
Handle guest requests with speed, style, and a touch of humor — because you get things done.
Keep things organized, even when it feels like a hundred things are happening (because... they probably are).
