Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee our commercial construction projects, particularly focusing on Tenant Improvements (T.I.). The Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction operations and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project.
- Manage project schedules and timelines to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards are met in all construction activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, specifically in Tenant Improvements.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and project management.
- Familiarity with construction software, particularly Procore.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Understanding of safety compliance and building codes.
- Experience in construction management and site supervision is a plus.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
