Join Our Team!

Professional Safety Solutions, LLC is hiring an experienced Field Safety Advisor for a large-scale Data Center construction project located in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

This project involves multi-year construction of a mission-critical hyperscale data center environment. You will work directly with a major contractor on site, supporting field operations, monitoring high-risk activities, and ensuring all work is executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory and client standards. We are seeking a safety professional who understands fast-paced industrial construction, can communicate clearly with field crews, and is confident leading safety in a dynamic project environment.

Our Expectations:

Health and Safety Professionals at ProSafe serve in a dual role, where the initial objective is to operate in a consultative capacity by providing expert support, guidance, and motivation to operations management and employees at all levels.

In addition, along with management, the Field Safety Advisor at ProSafe is expected to be a hands-on partner in delivering various safety initiatives and programs designed to build and sustain an excellent safety culture on every project.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily field operations for compliance with all company, client, and project-specific safety policies.

  • Lead and document daily safety briefings, weekly toolbox talks, and task-specific hazard reviews.

  • Conduct routine site audits and inspections across structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil scopes of work.

  • Identify hazards, recommend corrective actions, and verify resolution.

  • Support and document incident and near-miss investigations, root-cause analysis, and lessons-learned communication.

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and all Data Center safety protocols.

  • Review work permits and verify safe execution of elevated work, confined space, lockout/tagout, and energized work tasks.

  • Coach and mentor craft workers, foremen, and subcontractors in proactive hazard recognition.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, corrective actions, and safety training.

  • Collaborate closely with project management, client representatives, and trade partners to maintain a high-performance safety culture.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of construction safety experience required.

  • Experience supporting large-scale commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction (data centers highly preferred).

  • CHST, or OSHA 500 is a strong plus.

  • Strong understanding of high-risk construction activities including electrical, mechanical, structural steel, lifting operations, and commissioning.

  • OSHA 30-Hour and current First Aid/CPR/AED certification required.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence safe work behaviors.

  • Proficiency with safety documentation, digital reporting platforms, and field audit tools.

  • Valid driver's license; ability to work outdoors and navigate large active construction sites.

Compensation & Logistics:

Rate: $50 – $55 per hour (depending on experience)
Vehicle and Gas Card: Provided
Location: Kenosha, Wisconsin
Project Type: Data Center Construction
Start Date: December 1st
Duration: 2–3 years
