Salary Grade/Level/Family/Range
Entry Level - $16-18/hour + Monthly Bonus Opportunities up to $500, gas card included for this role.

Summary/Objective
The Warehouse/Equipment Delivery Specialist is responsible for working in collaboration with the area Account Management, Clinical and Patient Care Coordination teams, to provide delivery and education support to our local patients. In addition to direct patient support, this position will also be responsible for warehouse/supply chain support and equipment maintenance process. This role requires employee to use their personal vehicle for deliveries, a valid driver license, car insurance, and a clear background check.
Essential Functions
- Obtains proper patient delivery and education documentation as required
- Properly review, research & prioritize delivery orders to make most effective use of time
- Documents timely and accurately in all systems and platforms, including Brightree and Ace Transport
- Serves as a concierge to key accounts, representing Sentido
- Follows specified instructions in the delivery of patient protected health information, sales messages and marketing material
- Participates in educational meetings and events as directed
- Function as patient ombudsmen to facilitate timely service to our clients and to provide solution of any issues or conflict relating to the same
- Manages area monthly inventory reporting
- Organizes local warehouse and equipment to maintain compliance within company and accreditation procedures
- Available for emergency patient deliveries including after hours or on call needs

Work Environment
Outside Sales Environment – Extensive walking, standing, and may be required to work in variable weather conditions.
Physical Demands
This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and carrying. The employee must occasionally climb, balance, kneel, or crouch. Ability to lift, push, pull, or pull up to 30 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation is required. Fine motor skills and visual acuity are needed for driving, equipment handling and documentation.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some after-hours may be required, in a limited capacity, due to on call.
