Manager in Training
Location: On-site – Charlotte, NC

North Carolina On-site is a growing small business located in Charlotte, NC. We are currently seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Manager in Training. This is a full-time, in-person position requiring daily in-office training. Remote work is not available at this time.

Job Summary:
This role is designed for individuals who are eager to build a career in leadership and business operations. As a Manager in Training, you will receive hands-on experience and structured training across all key areas of operations, customer service, and team leadership. You will work closely with experienced managers to gain the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:

Support daily business operations

Learn and apply effective sales strategies

Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Assist with inventory control, receiving, and merchandising

Learn and execute proper transaction and cash-handling procedures

Participate in employee onboarding and training programs

Assist with staff scheduling, payroll processing, and performance evaluations

Help develop and implement company policies and procedures

Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations
Qualifications:

A strong interest in customer service and leadership

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of budgeting and pricing strategies

Bilingual proficiency is a plus

Previous experience in wireless sales or retail management is preferred but not required
