We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for commercial and educational projects. This role is with a well-established general contractor known for delivering high-quality construction management services across sectors such as education, healthcare, commercial, and community facilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day jobsite operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment delivery.
  • Enforce safety standards and maintain compliance with building codes.
  • Conduct site inspections, maintain daily logs, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Communicate progress with project managers, architects, and clients.

Preferred Experience:

  • K-12 school construction (additions, remodels, and ground-up projects).
  • Familiarity with complex scheduling and phased construction in occupied facilities.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction supervision.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints and manage schedules.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
