- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades and finishes
- Follow established safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and exceed expectations
- Continuously stay up-to-date on industry trends, techniques, and technology
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional painting experience in residential and/or commercial settings
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, adapting to different project needs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to quality, safety, and professionalism
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
