**Position: Tower Tech / Telecom Field Tech&nbsp;&nbsp;
**Company: Sinntel, LLC&nbsp;&nbsp;
**Location: [Traverse City, MI] (Travel required)&nbsp;&nbsp;
**Pay: [$17–$35/hour + per diem]&nbsp;&nbsp;
**Schedule: Full time | Monday–Friday
Sinntel, LLC is a small, hardworking team that builds and repairs cell phone towers. We’ve been around since 2018 and take pride in doing things right the first time.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
- Climb and work on towers (with proper safety gear and training)&nbsp;&nbsp;
- Install or repair wireless equipment&nbsp;&nbsp;
- Read job specs and follow site instructions&nbsp;&nbsp;
- Travel to job sites (may require overnights)&nbsp;&nbsp;
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized&nbsp;&nbsp;
**Requirements:**&nbsp;&nbsp;
- Valid driver’s license&nbsp;&nbsp;
- Ability to work at heights&nbsp;&nbsp;
- Willingness to travel&nbsp;&nbsp;
- Climbing experience (preferred but not required)&nbsp;&nbsp;
