SUMMARY: The Manager of Premium Experience will play a vital role in supporting the Sr. Director of Premium & Guest Experience by executing initiatives focused on premium client service, appreciation, and retention. This position is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our premium clientele through world-class service delivery, personalized communication, and creating memorable, one-of-a-kind experiences.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive strategic relationships across a top-tier portfolio representing significant organizational value, focusing on year-round engagement through personalized touchpoints, intimate relationship building, thoughtful gifting, and exclusive special events.
- Serve as the primary liaison between premium clients and service providers, including ASM Global, Aramark, and Ticketmaster, to ensure the highest levels of service excellence at U.S. Bank Stadium and related venues
- Act as the main point of contact on Vikings game days and other event days, overseeing premium client service operations and managing premium game day staff within premium spaces at U.S. Bank Stadium.
- Create and deliver memorable moments that exceed traditional service expectations by leveraging unique client insights and preferences captured in CRM systems.
- Assist in the planning and execution of exclusive premium seating events designed to host top-tier executives and companies in unforgettable settings
- Lead ongoing research and implementation of industry best practices to keep the Vikings Premium Experience program at the forefront of innovation and service
- Work closely with stadium caterers to develop a unique, high-end food and beverage experience
- Manage timely communication of all premium member benefits, events, and game day information
- Recording and documentation of premium member contact points, including but not limited to: emails, handwritten notes/letters, phone calls, meetings, and event attendance
- Customize, personalize, and execute the game day experience for premium members
- Drive suite and premium seating retention by creating and delivering compelling member benefits and renewal experiences
- Work to develop, hire, and train premium game day staff members
- Provide ongoing support with account maintenance, digital ticketing, and troubleshooting within the Channel-1 account and Ticketmaster platforms for suite owners and premium clients
- Manage the ticket operations process of all premium accounts using Archtics for Vikings games and other events, including but not limited to: Invoicing, annual payments, standing room only tickets, guest passes, etc.
- Hire, develop, and lead the Premium Experience Coordinator and Premium Experience Associate, fostering their professional growth and operational excellence.
- Manage suite owner concert ticketing and planning efforts in collaboration with ticket operations and stadium partners.
- Lead the Northern Lights Program in partnership with Omni staff and suite owners, enhancing the suite ownership experience through curated programming and benefits.
- Lead the Vikings Voyage programming efforts, enhancing the suite ownership experience through intentionally formulated events and benefits.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Driven and passionate individual with at least 3 - 5+ years experience in a luxury hospitality or upscale premium service environment or equivalent combination of experience and skills
- Minimum two years of experience leading a premium service or hospitality team.
- Experience managing and maintaining client accounts and relationships in a premium hospitality environment
- A passionate leader with experience in the development and creation of premium service policies and procedures
- An organized professional with an eye for detail and experience in using platforms like CRM software, Archtics and Microsoft Office
- Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills in a collaborative workspace
- Outstanding reading, writing, and speaking abilities, capable of effective communication in all environments.
