Assistant Preschool Teacher | Part-Time (Afternoons) or Full-Time
Schedule: Part-Time 2pm-6pm or Full-TIme
Pay Range: $20 $25 per hour

Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Afternoon Floater to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in early childhood education and a passion for supporting the growth and development of young learners.
Responsibilities
As a Floater Teacher/ Assiant Teacher, youll:
- Support Lead Teachers in implementing The Learning Experiences proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum.
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring classroom environment.
- Foster childrens social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
- Communicate positively with families and co-teachers.
- Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Step into various age groups (Infants, Toddlers, Preschool) as needed.
- Demonstrate flexibility, teamwork, and enthusiasm every day!
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) preferred.
- 6+ months of experience working with children in a preschool or childcare setting preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred (training available).
- Must meet all state childcare licensing requirements.
- Passion for helping children learn and grow in a positive environment.
