We are currently seeking an experienced Appliance Repair Technician to join our dynamic family-run team.

Job Description:

As an Appliance Repair Technician at Lew’s Appliance, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of household appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, washing machines, and dryers. You will provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their appliances are functioning optimally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair various household appliances.
• A positive attitude.
• Provide excellent customer service, including explaining repair issues and solutions to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Report to office manager to order necessary parts and manage inventory.
• Stay updated on the latest technology and repair techniques.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and provide technical support when needed.

Qualifications:

• A positive attitude.
• Proven experience as an Appliance Repair Technician.
• Extensive knowledge of appliance repair techniques and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A drive to better yourself and your everyday knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA certification) are a plus.
