How Youll Contribute to Our Partners Success

As a Hatchery Manager with expertise in poultry production and team leadership, you will oversee hatchery operations to ensure efficiency, biosecurity, and the delivery of high-quality chicks. Your ability to manage people, processes, and resources will drive operational excellence and contribute directly to the success of the broader poultry operation.

Youll lead hatchery activities, implement efficiency improvements, oversee compliance with safety and quality standards, and guide a productive team environment.


  • Oversee hatchery operations, production schedules, and resource planning to achieve performance goals.
  • Implement and maintain best practices in incubation, vaccination, sanitation, and chick handling to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor costs, identify improvements, and manage preventative maintenance and inventory control.
  • Provide leadership to staff through training, performance management, and fostering a safe, positive workplace.
  • Ensure compliance with biosecurity, food safety, and workplace safety standards while staying current with industry advancements.
