As a Permanent Project Manager in our construction firm, you will be at the forefront of our operations, leading and managing a wide variety of projects. You will be working on new construction projects, ground-up construction, remodeling, and other construction tasks. Your expertise in electrical project management, telecom, CCTV, low voltage, security cameras, and DAS will be key in ensuring the successful execution and completion of our projects. You will be the driving force behind our projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a dynamic individual who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and make critical decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.
- Coordinate with team members and other professionals like architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Use your knowledge of electrical project management, telecom, CCTV, low voltage, security cameras, and DAS to improve project outcomes.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress continuously.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in the construction industry.
- Proven working experience with electrical project management, new construction, ground up construction, remodeling, and other construction tasks.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in telecom, CCTV, low voltage, security cameras, and DAS.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
