We're looking for a driven and relationship-focused professional to join our business development team. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys connecting with people, identifying opportunities, and helping businesses succeed through strategic conversations.
What You’ll Do:
- Proactively reach out to prospective clients to generate qualified appointments
- Cultivate relationships with C-suite executives to understand their challenges and business goals
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to uncover and pursue new leads
- Demonstrate strong influencing and consultative selling skills
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in business development, sales, or a related role
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Confidence in engaging executive-level decision-makers
