Full Stack Engineer – Cutting-Edge Satellite Software - Hybrid - Denver or Los Angeles

What you’ll be doing
As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll join a cross-functional engineering team, working on backend and frontend systems that support thousands of satellites. This includes:
- Developing APIs and integrating with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, EKS, Fargate).
- Building scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud-native applications.
- Collaborating with operators, product managers, and fellow engineers to create robust tools for mission success.
- Driving automation, CI/CD improvements, and containerised deployments.
Tech you’ll use
- Python, GraphQL, Docker, Terraform (or similar IaC tools)
- React (Typescript), Next.js, and modern frontend frameworks
- Kubernetes and serverless architecture
- GitHub/GitLab for version control and CI/CD
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years’ experience in backend, full stack, or DevOps engineering
- Strong experience with cloud environments (AWS preferred)
- Familiarity with distributed systems, databases, and API design
- A proactive self-starter who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced teams
- Must have an active TS/SCI Clearance
