We're looking for a full-time Tradesman Plumber to join our crew. With competitive compensation ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 plus bonuses and excellent perks such as a company vehicle and company-provided uniforms, we provide the ideal environment for your career to flourish. WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS
As a Tradesman Plumber, your day begins at home as you dispatch directly to job sites across the DFW area, eliminating the need to check in at a central office. You focus on diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing systems, installing plumbing fixtures, conducting leak detection, camera inspections, and installing tankless water heaters. A strong emphasis is placed on customer service as you communicate effectively with homeowners to ensure their confidence in the work being done. Throughout the day, you maintain your tools, equipment, and company vehicle, ensuring everything operates smoothly. Once the workday is complete, you head home-no late-night calls, no weekend work-just a job well done.
This position works Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. You'll start your day from home and dispatch directly to job sites-no unnecessary stops!
What We're Looking For:
- Current Texas Journeyman or Tradesman Plumber License
- Experience in residential service work
- Proficiency in leak detection, camera inspections, and tankless water heaters
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
