We are seeking a Spanish Teacher to join our team! You will educate students in Spanish at the elementary grade level in public or private schools. As a teacher, you will lead a class of students through a successful school year, creating and implementing a comprehensive educational curriculum. Your goal is to create a welcoming learning environment and provide students with the tools they need to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate is compassionate, creative, and has a passion for teaching!Responsibilities:

• Plan a classroom curriculum that meets school standards
• Encourage the development of students’ critical thinking skills
• Prepare any necessary learning materials
• Take attendance
• Grade assignments and provide feedback
• Collaborate with other teachers and school personnel to create a healthy and safe learning environment
• Report and document behavioral incidents
• Familiarize with after-class dismissal

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience teaching at the k-5th level is preferred
• Understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
• Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in writing and speaking English and the foreign language being taught
• DOJ/FBI background check, fingerprint clearance, and negative TB Test prior to the start of class
• Energetic, organized, professional, creative, colorful and love children.
