The Glass Guru of West Houston is a fast-growing glass and glazing startup looking for a Lead Glazier to anchor our field operations. We aren't just looking for an installer; were looking for a partner in growth. Youll have the autonomy to manage high-end projects, mentor a growing team, and help us define our standard of excellence. What Youll Get:

Who You Are:
- Required residential glazier experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work on ladders
What Youll Do:
- Lead our upcoming glazier team
- Measure and install shower enclosures, doors, and panels
- Replace residential windows and storm doors
- Remove old glass and prepare installation surfaces
- Ensure proper sealing and waterproofing
