Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrician / Electrical & Instrumentation Technician to join a manufacturing plant maintenance team. You will perform electrical and control system maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and help ensure efficient and safe production operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations on industrial equipment and systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, and control system issues.
  • Maintain and calibrate industrial instrumentation and control devices.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and assist in developing PM schedules.
  • Support installation of new equipment, machine relocations, and plant modifications.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to optimize equipment reliability.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in industrial electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of power distribution, motor control centers (MCCs), PLCs, and instrumentation systems.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Proficiency with testing equipment (voltmeters, ammeters, oscilloscopes).
  • Able to lift 50–65 lbs, work at heights, and in confined spaces.
  • Willing to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.


This position is a 3rd shift (overnight) role, but training will be conducted on 1st shift for 4–6 weeks.
