Our client, a growing and well-capitalized investment firm, is seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead the firm's people operations and organizational development. This is a senior leadership role that will work closely with the executive team to shape the firm's culture, scale HR infrastructure, and support a high-performance environment.

The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in human capital leadership within financial services or investment management, with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the firm's overall human resources strategy, aligned with business objectives

  • Provide counsel to senior leadership on talent, organizational design, performance, and employee engagement

  • Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition efforts across investment, operations, and support teams

  • Lead compensation planning, performance review cycles, and promotions

  • Manage employee relations, compliance, and policy development

  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and culture-building efforts

  • Implement scalable systems and processes for a growing, high-performing organization

  • Serve as a trusted partner across all levels of the firm

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within finance

  • Proven ability to lead both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations

  • Strong understanding of compensation structures, talent development, and employment law

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SPHR) preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • Total compensation range of $300,000 – $350,000 (bonus is discretionary and based on performance)
