CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Building Engineer for a direct hire opportunity with a cutting-edge manufacturer. This position is based on-site at their Richardson, TX facility and reports directly to the Senior Facilities Engineer.
The company is a high tech manufacturer already will established in Asia and branching out in the U.S. Be part of a forward-thinking team in a high-tech, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfill emergency and high-priority maintenance requests
- Perform maintenance on HVAC, air filtering systems, nitrogen gas, and compressed air equipment
- Conduct regular building and property inspections
- Execute property improvements and remove unsightly conditions
- Obtain bids and timelines from vendors and oversee progress
- Respond to after-hours emergency calls
- Support move-out processes in collaboration with asset management and leasing
- Partner with tenants, contractors, and property managers to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree OR 3+ years of related experience (or a combination of both)
- Basic HVAC and electrical skills required
- Experience in building maintenance and property management
- Working knowledge of plumbing and electrical issue identification
- Mandarin/Chinese fluency preferred, not required
Compensation & Benefits:
- Employment Type: Direct Hire

- Location: Richardson, TX
- Salary: $75,000 – $108,681/year
- Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, PTO
