Paraprofessional Opportunity

We are seeking compassionate and qualified Paraprofessionals to support students across various classroom settings in Grand Blanc, MI for the current20252026 school year. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work 1:1 with students in resource rooms, self-contained classrooms, and settings serving students with cognitive and emotional impairments across all grade levels.

Start Date:ASAPEnd Date: June 12, 2026
Schedule: Full-Time | 37.5 hours/week
Compensation: $20+/hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support to students throughout the school day

• Assist students with daily living activities, including toileting and diapering

• Support instructional goals under the guidance of certified teachers and service providers

• Promote a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for students with diverse learning and developmental needs

• Work closely with classroom staff and health aides to ensure student care and success

Qualifications (one of the following required):

• At least 60 semester hours of college credit,

• Associates degree, or

• A passing score on the ETS Paraprofessional Assessment

Additional Requirements:

• Experience working with students who have cognitive or emotional impairments is strongly preferred

• Comfortable with personal care duties, including toileting/diapering

• Reliable, patient, and team-oriented

• Ability to work across a variety of classroom settings and grade levels
