What You'll Do:
- Drive to prospective clients for product presentation and sales meetings using optimized routes and verified leads only.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term loyalty and maximize residual income.
- Manage your customer's accounts effectively to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven Sales Acumen: You have a demonstrated track record of success in sales, ideally with experience in commission-based roles and preferably knowledge in heavy duty diesel engines and commercial vehicles preventive maintenance.
- Self-Motivated & Disciplined: You're a true hunter with an entrepreneurial spirit, capable of working independently and taking initiative. A high degree of self-motivation and discipline is essential for sustained effort and performance.
- Effective Communication and Persuasion: You can articulate value propositions clearly, listen actively, and build rapport effortlessly. This includes strong negotiation skills, active listening to understand customer pain points, and the confidence to handle objections professionally. You're not afraid of challenges and are committed to seeing deals through to completion.
- Relationship Builders: Candidates must possess the ability to cultivate strong, lasting client relationships. The emphasis in residual commission models is on customer retention and satisfaction to ensure continuous revenue streams.
