We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Reconciliations Solution Developer to join our remote team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain automated reconciliation solutions that ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across financial systems. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and IT to deliver robust reconciliation frameworks and resolve data discrepancies efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement reconciliation solutions using tools like FIS IntelliMatch, BlackLine, or custom-built platforms

Design automated workflows to compare, match, and validate large volumes of financial or transactional data

Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure reconciliation accuracy

Troubleshoot and resolve system or data issues, providing root cause analysis and documentation

Optimize and maintain reconciliation processes for scalability, accuracy, and audit readiness

Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and data security standards

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in financial reconciliations, solution development, or data processing

Hands-on experience with reconciliation platforms (e.g., IntelliMatch, ReconNet, BlackLine, etc.)

Strong knowledge of databases, SQL, and scripting for data transformation

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong communication and documentation skills.
