Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Superintendent based in the Inland Empire we are a General Contractor specializing in Public Works & Hospitality projects. Due to continued growth we are looking for a Superintendent with K12, Library, and other Public Works experience to lead projects throughout Southern California.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily operations on construction sites
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Manage project schedules and budgets effectively
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers
- Review and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Implement quality control measures to ensure construction meets specified standards
- Provide leadership and support to project teams and personnel
Qualifications
- Experience with multi-family, K-12, charter, public works, commercial, and tenant improvement projects
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction management practices and principles
- Excellent budgeting and scheduling skills
- Strong focus on site safety and quality control
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Effective communication and team leadership skills
- Experience in equipment management and site logistics
Benefits
- Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
