Industrial Electrical Superintendent
Location: Multiple Sites (Jessup MD Priority; VA, WV, MD, PA)
Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $48.00 – $50.00/hour
Per Diem: $125/day for approved travel assignments
Benefits: Medical via United Healthcare (95% employer / 5% employee), family add-on available
About the Opportunity
We are seeking two Industrial Electrical Superintendents to oversee large-scale industrial and commercial electrical projects across multiple states, with Jessup, MD being the most urgent location. This role is ideal for experienced leaders with strong knowledge of NEC/OSHA requirements, scheduling, manpower coordination, and field execution.
Superintendents will manage substantial electrical crews, coordinate closely with leadership and other trades, and ensure all installations meet safety and quality expectations. Traveling candidates are welcome.
What You’ll Do
● Oversee field crews and Foremen on industrial electrical projects
● Manage schedules, manpower, materials, and workflow execution
● Ensure strict adherence to NEC, OSHA, and site-specific safety standards
● Coordinate with GCs, subcontractors, and internal leadership
● Interpret and implement complex electrical drawings and specifications
● Approve installations, troubleshoot issues, and resolve field conflicts
● Document daily progress and support cost-control processes
● Mentor and guide Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices
What You Bring
● Extensive experience supervising industrial/commercial electrical construction
● Deep knowledge of electrical codes, safety requirements, and high-voltage systems
● Ability to manage teams on fast-paced, multi-trade job sites
● Strong communication, organization, and leadership capabilities
● Proven success running field operations from planning through completion
● Ability to travel to multi-state projects as needed
