Job DescriptionNOW HIRING: GENERAL LABORERS IN TOANO, VA!Position: General Laborer
Pay: $14–$16/hour
Shifts Available:
- 1st shift is 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
- 2nd shift is 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm
- 3rd shift is 11:00 pm - 7:00 am
Shift start and end times may vary slightly based on assignment within the production facility

These are full-time, temp-to-hire positions offering steady hours, weekly pay, and an opportunity to grow your skills in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.If you’re someone who works well on your feet, enjoys physical tasks, and is ready to start or continue a career in manufacturing, this is the job for you!What You’ll Be Doing as a General Laborer:
- Move and prepare materials for production
- Load and unload parts on racks or at workstations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist machine operators and team members as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and report concerns
- Conduct basic quality inspections
- Support other departments with general labor tasks
What We’re Looking For in a General Laborer:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and machinery
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
- Dependable, with good attendance and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working on your feet throughout the shift
- Willingness to work overtime when required
