About the Role:
CV Resources is actively looking for a Deductions & Billing Analyst to join our established and highly regarded client's finance team. This role focuses on billing, resolving customer deductions, and managing collections. You’ll work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure accounts are accurate and payments are received on time.
What You’ll Do:

Review and resolve customer deductions and past-due payments

Communicate with customers to collect payments or set up payment plans

Analyze account data and support account reconciliations
-
Decide whether to hold or release customer orders based on account status

Monitor unbilled orders and help ensure accurate and timely billing

Support billing for government accounts and handle regulated invoicing
-
Collaborate with other departments to solve billing and inventory issues

Prepare regular reports and suggest process improvements

Provide backup support to the billing team as needed
What We’re Looking For:

4+ years of experience in billing, collections, or related accounting work
-
Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Strong Excel and general Microsoft Office skills

Experience with accounting systems (PeopleSoft is a plus)

Detail-oriented with good problem-solving and communication skills
-
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
