What You'll Do
- Frame, install, and finish kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and additions
- Collaborate with team members to meet timelines and uphold high standards
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve with creativity and efficiency
- Mentor junior carpenters and model professionalism
- Maintain safe, organized, and efficient job sites
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with both clients and coworkers
What You Bring
- 5+ years of carpentry experience in remodeling or residential construction
- Ability to read plans, confidently use tools, and build with precision
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Personal hand tools and a valid driver's license
- Pride in your work and a professional approach to every job
Bonus skills:
- Light plumbing or electrical knowledge
- Interest in energy-efficient or sustainable building practices
Pay & Benefits
