Production Administrator position at a growing manufacturing company.
- Direct hire position with excellent benefit package
- $ 20.00/hr.
- Entry level with BS degree
Requirements of the Production Administrator:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills and dependable work ethic
- NetSuite experience preferred
Responsibilities of the Production Administrator:
Input production data and monitor line efficiency, product loss, and overall production processes. Report any production issues as needed and follow all production instructions.
- Report abnormal production issues
- Enter output data into NetSuite/DBS
- Enforce safety rules
- Review and organize daily documents
- Share production output with departments
- Manage contamination checks and cleaning schedules
- Record product loss and daily activities
- Track organic soybean usage
- Maintain PPE inventory
- Review and improve SOPs/SSOPs
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 05:00 a.m. – 02:00 p.m.
Probation period: 08:00 a.m. – 08:00 p.m.
