POSITION SUMMARY
We’re seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to support the delivery of exceptional financial planning and management to our clients, a thriving and close-knit multi-generational family. This full-time position gives you the chance to do meaningful work while gaining hands-on experience supporting an ultra-high-net-worth family.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze financial data: Input, validate, and interpret investment and financial information to support sound decision-making for client accounts.
- Support investment reporting: Prepare investment performance reports, asset allocation summaries, and portfolio reviews.
- Coordinate deliverables: Track and organize tasks related to estate, tax, investment, cashflow, and insurance planning.
- Prepare presentations: Create clear, client-ready reports and presentations for quarterly and annual reviews.
- Collaborate with the team: Work closely with senior team members to ensure accuracy and timeliness in all financial analysis and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS
Who You Are
- A recent graduate or early-career professional with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn financial analysis and investment reporting.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with investment reporting or accounting systems is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
