We are seeking a Reliability Engineer for our team, in a role responsible for improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and optimizing asset performance across the facility. This role focuses on analyzing failures, assessing risks, and developing strategies that enhance equipment life cycles and support safe, efficient production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and other performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Fault Tree Analysis after equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead and perform Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA) on critical equipment and automated systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to design and implement proactive maintenance programs (e.g., vibration analysis, oil analysis, IR scanning).
  • Develop and maintain life cycle asset management plans, ensuring operational procedures align with reliability best practices.
  • Conduct predictive maintenance analysis to forecast potential failures and support long term asset planning.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or a comparable industrial environment.
  • Demonstrated background in automation, project management, and process improvement.

Priority consideration will be given to those with either/both of the following certifications:

  • Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE)
  • Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP)

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, reliability methodologies, and statistical analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with FMEA, RCA, and reliability modeling tools.
  • Familiarity with CMMS platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical information for diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on improving system performance.
