IT Help Desk Training Specialist (Public Trust, Fully On-Site)

Job DescriptionAET Federal is seeking multiple training specialists to assist with IT Service/ Help Desk and Call Centers. The ideal candidate will be able to work onsite in Suitland, Maryland and come with a minimum of 3 years of help desk or technical experience in customer service.
Duties: · Provide remote-side support for mobile devices · Troubleshoot and resolve issues pertaining to equipment · Visit the user's desktop or printer for hands-on support for various types of computer repairs, troubleshooting and hardware/software maintenance.· Have overall knowledge of mobile help desk tools and software.· Provide excellent customer service and care for all tickets and client inquiries. · Develop training guides and documentation such as user guide and tip sheets. Requirements:
· Experience developing the Training Plan, training curriculum and materials· Be able to commute to Suitland, Maryland and/ or Tysons, VA daily · Obtain 4+ Years of ServiceNow / Trainer Experience · Experience developing curriculum for Train-the-Trainer delivery· Leads Train-the-Trainer delivery· Experience developing training documentation (User Guide and Tip Sheets)· Experience in delivering training in-person · Prior experience working with help desk/ mobile help desks are a bonus
