 We're seeking a dependable, experienced Working Foreman to lead and work alongside our crews in residential window and door installations. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on skills and leadership experience in the construction field. Key Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Supervise and participate in daily on-site window and door installations</li>
<li>Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on the jobsite</li>
<li>Interpret job specs, blueprints, and follow manufacturer guidelines</li>
<li>Communicate with managers, clients, and other contractors as needed to ensure smooth project progress</li>
<li>Mentor and train less experienced installers</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>5+ years of hands-on window &amp; door installation experience</li>
<li>2+ years of team leadership or foreman experience (preferred)</li>
<li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders/scaffolding</li>
<li>Proficient in using hand and power tools</li>
<li>Valid Nevada driver's license</li>
<li>OSHA 30 Certification</li>
<li>Strong work ethic, problem solving skills, and attention to detail</li>
<li>Excellent communication, customer service, and professionalism</li>
<li>Microsoft Office experience a plus</li>
<li>Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred</li>
