We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Lead Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or Childhood Development. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping young children learn and grow through hands-on experiences and play-based learning. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and excellent communication skills to guide classroom instruction, support team members, and build positive relationships with families.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
- Providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
- Observing, assessing, and documenting children’s progress to support individual learning goals
- Lead and mentor assistant teachers, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere
- Communicating regularly with families to support learning at home and encouraging engagement
- Maintaining compliance with licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and program policies
