Location: Colorado Springs, CO (Onsite, Full-Time)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Travel: Up to 25% (primarily within Colorado, occasional out-of-state projects)

What You’ll Do

  • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from planning through closeout.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
  • Lead project planning sessions to define scope, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and field teams to maintain alignment and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and monitor safety compliance.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation using ProCore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of commercial construction project management experience (renovation or ground-up).
  • Proven ability to manage budgets ranging from $500K to $8M.
  • Strong understanding of general contracting processes and team coordination.
  • Experience with ProCore and Microsoft Project required.
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading and construction estimating.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Consistent employment history demonstrating reliability and commitment (no frequent job changes).

Preferred: Familiarity with Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and other construction management software.
