Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled welder specializing in MIG, TIG, and laser welding techniques to join our team. This role involves performing high-quality welding on a variety of metal components, with a focus on precision and safety. The position requires a deep understanding of welding processes and technical drawings, as well as the ability to maintain efficiency and product quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality MIG, TIG, and laser welding on various metal components, with 90% focus on MIG and 10% on TIG.
- Read and interpret complex technical drawings and weld symbols.
- Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to safety and efficiency standards.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while assisting others as needed.
Essential Skills
- Proficient in MIG, TIG, and laser welding techniques across various metals and thicknesses.
- Ability to perform flat, vertical, and overhead welds with precision.
- Skilled in reading and interpreting complex blueprints and weld symbols.
- Familiar with laser welding equipment, safety practices, and maintenance procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight tolerances.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and work in physically demanding environments, including awkward positions.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
