Lakeland Automall is conducting a nationwide search for an elite Ford-Experienced Fixed Operations Director to oversee fixed operations across our multi-brand dealership group, including Ford, Hyundai, Genesis.
This is a rare, executive-level opportunity for a proven Ford fixed operations leader ready to take charge of an already high-performing organization, elevate performance, and drive continued long-term success for a respected Florida automotive group.

- Focused on processes, customer satisfaction, operational excellence and growth
- Open to relocating to Florida for a top-tier leadership role

Your leadership will directly impact service profitability, parts performance, customer experience, technician development, mobile service and operational strategy.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- Extensive Ford Service Experience is Required
- 7–15+ years fixed operations leadership experience
- Proven success improving service revenue, CSI, retention, and technician efficiency
- Strong financial acumen and KPI mastery
- Ability to coach, lead, and scale large teams
- A transparent, energetic, people-first leadership style
