What You'll Do:
As Restaurant General Manager, you’ll lead all facets of daily operations while fostering a high-performance, guest-focused culture. You'll drive operational excellence, deliver an outstanding dining experience, and build strong neighborhood connections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional guest service and 100% table visitation
- Recruit, train, develop, and retain team members and managers
- Maintain inventory, food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Manage labor and food costs, scheduling, and P&L performance
- Promote a positive, team-oriented environment with consistent coaching and feedback
- Enforce compliance with all alcohol service and food safety regulations
- Represent the brand in the local community and lead local store marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a high-volume, full-service concept
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Strong financial and operational expertise
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Current alcohol and food certifications in compliance with local/state requirements
- Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts and lift 25–50 lbs as needed
