The Position:
Remodeling Tech
Function:
The typical job involves the demolition of a current tub/shower walls, followed by installation of new tub and shower base, acrylic wall panels.
Other jobs require installation of LVT flooring, vanity cabinets, mirrors, lighting.
Traits:
The successful candidate will possess the following traits and capabilities
· A desire and ability to produce a high quality end-product for our clients, and achieve top quality ratings by those same customers for attention to detail, quality of work, and service
· Ability to arrive early at the clients and stay until the job has been done right (to the customer’s satisfaction).
· Neat appearance, dress appropriately, and have good personal habits.
· A desire to learn new installation techniques, designed to increase the value of our remodels to clients, and increase our efficiency
· Ability to occasionally work late or weekends to complete jobs in a timely fashion
· Some experience desired with cabinets or vanity work, solid surface tops, sheetrock tape, and texture, painting, and other tangible remodeling skills are beneficial.
Compensation:
Our installers are well compensated, based on the completion of remodeling work during that time, and the quality ratings by customers. $60K+ is typical.
Location:
Our showroom and warehouse are located in Sioux Falls. Job assignments will be anywhere within approximately 70 miles of Sioux Falls.
Requirements:
We are seeking career minded remodelers or construction professionals who are both willing to learn new techniques, and are looking for a stable, well-paying career.
