Geo Group Landscape Design Inc. is growing, and we’re looking for a hardworking Assistant Project Manager to join our team!

About the Role:
You’ll work directly under our General Manager and Project Managers, helping to coordinate and oversee pool installations, masonry, and hardscape projects. This is a multifunctional role with a mix of field and office responsibilities. Paid holidays, and time off, sick time and retirement

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily project management and scheduling
- Help manage field crews and subcontractors
- Prepare plans, takeoffs, and material lists
- Support pool install sites and masonry/hardscape projects
- Monitor job progress, quality, and safety
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and the internal team

Requirements:
- Construction or field management experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a big plus
