We areseeking a technically adept Solutions Consultant with strong software development skills (JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Web Frameworks) to bridge the gap between our Reveal BI platform and customer application ecosystems.

This role involves hands-on coding, technical consulting, and pre/post-sales support to help customers integrate Reveal BI seamlessly into their web applications and backend systems.

We are looking for an experienced Solution Consultant to help drive the adoption and success of Reveal BI by supporting our sales efforts, engaging with customers, and providing technicalexpertise to ensure our customers achieve maximum value from our solution.

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on, demonstrable software development experience: Proficiency with GitHub, HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, and C# is essential.

• Strong knowledge of modern web development frameworks: Experience with Angular, React, or Blazor is required.

• Familiarity with backend technologies like Node.js, Java is a significant plus.

• 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., Solution Consultant, Presales Engineer, Technical Customer Success) focused on software solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to build and present technical solutions that resonate with both business and technical audiences.

• Strong ability to conduct live product demonstrations and technical deep dives.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a natural curiosity for experimenting with new ideas to drive customer success.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.

• High level of self-motivation, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical expert during all phases of the sales process, particularly in the Identify, Qualify, and Solution
  Development stages.

• Conduct in-depth technical discovery sessions with potential customers to understand their requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.

• Develop and deliver compelling, hands-on product demonstrations, showcasing how Reveal BI integrates within modern application architectures.

• Build Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) to validate Reveals capabilities against customer needs and competitive solutions.

• Respond to technical support issues via our various support channels, ensuring rapid and accurate support for existing and prospective customers.

• Act as the technical liaison between sales, product management, and engineering teams to ensure customer success and accurate product positioning.

• Communicate Reveal BIs value proposition and competitive differentiators to various stakeholders, from C-Level executives to front-end developers.

• Stay current with the BI, analytics, and embedded analytics market, industry trends, and evolving customer needs to continuously refine our positioning.

Post-Sales Responsibilities:

• Support customers in onboarding and implementation to drive successful adoption of Reveal BI.

• Conduct customer service reviews to ensure they are extracting maximum value from the product.

• Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing their Reveal BI implementations.

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers by proactively providing recommendations on best practices, integrations, and advanced usage of Reveal BI.

• Partner with customers to experiment with new ideas and innovative BI solutions that enhance business value.

Internal Collaboration & Influence:

• Actively relay customer feedback and product improvement ideas to the Product Management team to influence the Reveal BI roadmap.

• Work closely with Engineering and Development teams to stay up-to-date on product enhancements and ensure smooth customer implementations.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, playbooks, and demo assets to enhance the sales and customer success processes.

• Participate in industry events and webinars to promote Reveal BI and demonstrate thought leadership in embedded analytics.
